Wayne Beekman Co-Founder
Wayne Beekman is a Co-Founder of Information Concepts. Wayne started Information Concepts with his partner, Cary Toor in 1982. Wayne oversees the development of new business and technical direction for Information Concepts. He is a charter member of Microsoft’s .Net Partner Advisor Board, which began in 1999. He holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Science of Information Systems from George Washington University.

Cary Toor Co-Founder
Cary Toor is a Co-Founder of Information Concepts. Cary co-founded Information Concepts with partner, Wayne Beekman. In this role, Cary has architected and managed the development of many large, mission critical systems for Information Concepts clients. Cary started his career as a software developer for AUI Policy Research, building complex database applications and financial simulations. Cary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from George Washington University.
Cathy Prego Director of Projects
Cathy began working at Information Concepts in 1997. As Director of Operations, Cathy oversees the day-to-day management of our development teams and the delivery and deployment of the solutions they create. Cathy attended American University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Computer Science.
Steve Zylich Senior Developer
Steve began his career with Information Concepts in 1993. As the Senior Developer for Information Concepts, Steve provides technical expertise and oversight to the firm’s technical development efforts. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
