Information Concepts, Inc. Renews Membership with Microsoft .NET Partner Advisory Council
Information Concepts, Inc. has re-affirmed its membership with the Microsoft .Net Partner Advisory Council (.Net PAC), at the group’s last meeting in September 2010. Information Concepts is one of 20 organizations that chartered the .Net PAC, with Microsoft, in 1998.
The .Net Partner Advisory Council is an invitation-only council created by Microsoft Corp., to gather top software development firms and top Microsoft executives, engage in dialogue on key issues and ideas for development software, and to discuss and receive feedback on the technology used in the .Net development platform. This council has played a major role in the direction Microsoft .Net development tools have taken for nearly a decade.
“We are pleased to continue our participation with the Partner Advisory Council,” said Wayne Beekman, one of Information Concepts’ co-founders, and the company’s representative on the Council. “Membership in the PAC allows me to have a long term view of the Microsoft product roadmap. This allows us to architect solutions for our customers which can take advantage of Microsoft’s platform direction, keeping the solutions viable for the long term.”
