Information Concepts worked in support of the Charitable Hospital Compliance System (CHCS) for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The goal of this system was to provide IRS with an automated system that would track and manage Compliance Reviews for Charitable Hospitals. The IRS needed to implement an application that would support this Charitable Hospital Compliance Review process. In response to these needs, Information Concepts employed their unique Visualization practice, allowing the IRS to visually define the application. Using iRise, a tool which was approved by the IRS Enterprise Architecture to create visualization, Information Concepts worked with a designated group of stakeholders to develop Screen/Web Page images to represent the actual screen to be implemented in CHCS. By utilizing these visualizations, the IRS was able to save a significant amount of time and money on the development and implementation of the CHCS application. Additionally, Information Concepts worked with the IRS to develop a process flow for the application and document business rules.
