Our Technical Team is responsible for application design, development of quality code, and other technical aspects of a project
Our Business Team is responsible for management and the analysis tasks including Project Management, collecting requirements, design, oversight of the development process, and project delivery

We do not hire for specific projects. Rather, our typical hiring decisions are based on whether a candidate has the skillset and experience we feel will be a valuable addition to our consulting group as a whole. This hiring strategy is reflected in the longevity of our staff and leadership team.
