Information Concepts, a well-established software development firm, is searching for an Administrative Assistant-Marketing for our Herndon, VA offices.

This position’s responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and facilitating monthly marketing seminars and events
  • Updating data on company web site
  • Writing copy for marketing materials
  • General support of Business Development department
  • Data entry using Salesforce
  • Ad hoc projects as needed (writing, research, etc.)

Ideal candidates will have a prior Administrative Support experience, a positive attitude, excellent oral and written communications skills, and MS Office proficiency. Graphics experience considered a plus!
